Confidentiality: Your conversations are confidential, creating a safe space for open and honest expression. Please Note: We are not licensed therapists and cannot provide therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis or need professional help, please seek assistance from a qualified mental health provider.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Scheduling: Sessions can be booked online through our website. Available time slots are displayed in Eastern Time (ET). Please select a time that works best for you. Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and instructions for joining your session. Preparation: Before your session, consider what you'd like to discuss. While no preparation is required, having a general idea can help you make the most of your time. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may be waiting. Additional Considerations: Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please notify us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but the session may need to be shortened if another client is booked after you. Technical Difficulties: If you experience technical difficulties during your session, please try to reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us for assistance. Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
